These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your use of the webHERALD front-end framework (“webHERALD”), the ObjectScript^REFACTOR tool (“REFACTOR”), and the InterSystems IRIS database (“IRIS”) (collectively, the “Services”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for the purpose of developing, testing, evaluating, and demonstrating applications and code.

The REFACTOR tool allows you to submit source code (“Input Code”) for automated analysis and transformation into refactored code (“Output Code”).

You are solely responsible for your use of webHERALD with IRIS and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

We do not guarantee confidentiality of any Input Code submitted through the public interface. You should not submit any sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information unless you are fully authorized and accept the associated risks.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable data protection, confidentiality, and contractual obligations.

THE SERVICES, INCLUDING webHERALD, REFACTOR, AND IRIS INTEGRATIONS, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
