These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your use of the webHERALD front-end framework (“webHERALD”) in conjunction with the InterSystems IRIS database (“IRIS”). Please read these Terms carefully before using webHERALD with IRIS. By accessing or using webHERALD with IRIS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use webHERALD with IRIS solely for the purpose of developing, testing, and deploying demo-applications.
You may not distribute, sublicense, or make available webHERALD with IRIS to any third party without our prior written consent.
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, in webHERALD belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property, except for the limited license specified in section 1. b. You may not modify, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble webHERALD with IRIS, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
You are solely responsible for your use of webHERALD with IRIS and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not use webHERALD with IRIS to engage in any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities.
You may not use webHERALD with IRIS to transmit or store any infringing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
You may not interfere with the proper functioning of webHERALD with IRIS or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks associated with webHERALD with IRIS.
Your use of webHERALD with IRIS may involve the collection, processing, and storage of personal data. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of webHERALD with IRIS complies with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.
We may collect certain usage information related to webHERALD with IRIS for the purpose of improving our services. Such information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may provide support and updates for webHERALD with IRIS at our discretion. Any support or updates provided will be subject to these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria and the European Union.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of webHERALD with IRIS and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use webHERALD with IRIS
